Promote Enerflex Step Up for MS

Whether you're a participant or spectator there are a whole host of ways to help promote Enerflex Step Up for MS:

• Contact us to request posters and flyers to display at your gym, workplace, school, community centre or library.
• Get onto Facebook (login in first) and become a fan of the event group.
• Spread the word - tell your friends, family, colleagues, hairdresser and grocery store clerk

If you are a registered participant you have even more ways to promote the event and your involvement:

• Download the poster and flyer to send to all your contacts.
• Get onto Facebook (login in first) and become a confirmed guest of the event.
• Send an email asking for support, it's easy to send from your fundraising account or your personal email. 
• Post personal messages to friends' Facebook profiles using our Facebook Connect feature.
• Upload  your widget (example pictured top left) to a personal blog, website, Facebook account or company Intranet.
